When I try to open many programs when I have my ext graphics module connected I get a "LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect" and then I can't open the program, this is very frustrating. Any workarounds?

I can't seem to get audio out of my USB32HDES capture card.
My Switch is hooked to the card via HDMI which is then going into my pc's usb 3.0 port. I have the latest drivers for everything, but it's like the Switch isn't outputting audio at all. Neither OBS or my Sound devices window picks up anything from it.
