I can't seem to get audio out of my USB32HDES capture card.

My Switch is hooked to the card via HDMI which is then going into my pc's usb 3.0 port. I have the latest drivers for everything, but it's like the Switch isn't outputting audio at all.

Neither OBS or my Sound devices window picks up anything from it.

    Hi @Gally. The USB32HDES is actually a USB out to an HDMI display. It isn't designed to be used as a capture card like our USB3HDCAP.

    I'm actually surprised you are getting display functionality at all based on how it sounds like you've connected it.

    Can you confirm that the USB32HDES is the correct part number?

    I've seemed to gotten my orders mixed up, yes you're right this isn't that card.
