KVM issues with Windows and Linux host

We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with our SV231TDPU34K. Would it be possible to provide the following information to help us determine the source of the issue?

  • What is the full make and model of the keyboard & mouse being used?
  • Have you tried a different keyboard & mouse?
  • Lastly, what USB port is the keyboard & mouse connected to? Please see the diagram below:
