# 4K with USB32DP24K60 not working on Windows 11

When I use USB32DP24K60 on a Windows 11 laptop, with QA55Q6FNAWXXY - 55" Q6 QLED 4K SMART TV, I don’t have 4K resolutions as an option 3840 x 2160. the max I see is 1920 x 1080.

Please help how to get 4K resolutions working.

Additional info.

DP to HDMi cable, tried both ports on the USB32DP24K60.

Laptop:  
Dell  
11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz 1.80 GHz  
16.0 GB  
Intel Iris Xe Graphics

Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2.

I have downloaded [DisplayLink] Windows USB Display Adapter.zip from the Startech site and get “DisplayLink Graphics is already up to date”

Turns out it was the cable. Works fine now.
