Is this part cable shell has connection in both ends. Which is highlighted in red color for the understanding. Apologize for marking modification in drawing.

Yes, the USB2AA1M shells which you have highlighted with the red line on this diagram, are connected at each end as listed in the PIN OUT in this diagram. The shells are connected to each other through the braid-drain shielding.
