Hi , I am trying to use the F35023 -USB-EXTENDER with a Pico TC-08 thermocouple logger. The extender powers up ok and the Pico TC-08 light comes on but the software program cannot find the device when it searches. Any advice please? Thanks Ian

I will be honest, it would be very difficult to speculate as to why this could be happening without some troubleshooting to try and isolate the issue further. So, I will provide some troubleshooting steps to help do that! For these tests, I highly recommend performing them in a bench test scenario using a short OM3 Multimode Fiber patch cable if possible.
- First, does this Pico TC-08 thermocouple logger work properly when bypassing our F35023-USB-EXTENDER and connecting it directly to the USB port on the computer?
- If you try connecting a different, simple USB device using our F35023-USB-EXTENDER, does that work? (Such as a basic wired USB keyboard, or mouse)
- Does this work properly if connected to a different USB port on the computer, or even on an entirely different computer?
