I updated my NOTECONS02X to the latest software of Crash Cart Software_1240415 and now the mouse alignment is way off and lags behind the move by seconds. The Previous software did not help, I ended up pulling out the usb key that came with the driver when I bought it in 2019 and installing that software to get this fixed. Any ideas or settings that I need to try to make the newer software better to use?

The NOTECONS02X uses the same software as the NOTECONS02. There is a full manual on the product page for the NOTECONS02. This manual has some additional clues and recommendations to help with mouse alignment beginning on page 16.

Can you also share which operating system is running on the computer set up with the crash cart adapter software?
