The NOTECONS02X uses the same software as the NOTECONS02. There is a full manual on the product page for the NOTECONS02. This manual has some additional clues and recommendations to help with mouse alignment beginning on page 16.

Please reply here if you have reviewed these resources and the mouse alignment issues persist. Can you also share which operating system is running on the computer set up with the crash cart adapter software?
