I am sorry about the color troubles with the CPNTA2HDMI on the Laser Disc Player. We can certainly look into this with you.

There are few things that may be helpful to help us understand what is happening.

  1. Has the CPNTA2HDMI worked correctly for you before, or is this first time that it is being set up?
  2. What is the make and model of the Laser Disc Player?
  3. Is the CPNTA2HDMI connected to the Laser Disk Player using the originally included component cable?
  4. Do other component devices work ok with the CPNTA2HDMI?
  5. Do you have another display with component connections that work with the Laser Disk Player?
