ACD Jumper stands for ATAPI CD-ROM. IDE2SAT2 doesn’t typically require the ACD jumper for use with optical drives and you should be able to use the cable select jumper position on this adapter instead. That being said, the ACD jumper is specifically for increasing optical drive compatibility, so if it doesn’t work in cable select mode then trying the ACD jumper would be the next recommended setting to use.
