I’m trying to read a SSD drive with the M.2 to U.2 Adapter - For M.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs - PCIe M.2 Drive to 2.5" U.2 (SFF-8639) Host Adapter - M2 SSD Converter, Red, but in my laptop in Windows 10 64 bits, the drive showed up gray out

It appears you are using the U2M2E125 which is used to connect a M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD to a U.2 (SFF-8639) host. In addition, the USB3S2SAT3CB is used to connect a standard 2.5" SSD or HDD. Unfortunately, the USB3S2SAT3CB and U2M2E125 will not work in conjunction since these devices support different hard drive connections.
