KVM Doesn't register computers

Hello, I bought
P2CDD143-KVM-SWITCH and was working great for about 3 months then one day it just stopped working.
I have tried to all the standard debug steps but it doesn’t register either the mac or windows machine I have connnected to it.
When they are plugged it it turns green but it won’t select either one. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I would recommend to proceed with what we call a KVM Cold Reset. This process is a great troubleshooting step for any KVM solution and typically resolves most behavior problems with KVMs.

KVM Cold Reset:

  1. Disconnect all cables from the KVM box (video, USB, audio if any and power).
  2. Once disconnected, please let the box sit for at least 60 seconds. This will ensure that there is no residual power left in the device.
  3. When ready, please reconnect the video cables first, and then a simple USB keyboard or mouse to start: verify if all works well.
  4. If function has returned, you can finish connecting the rest of the USB devices.

This process should clear out any temporary USB bug or video issue that may linger between switches.
