Problem with PEXSAT32 after motherboard upgrade

Hello,
I have a problem with a PEXSAT32 card. I had installed a RAID1 on it without problems. I have since changed my motherboard from a “gigabyte ga-a320ma-m.2” to a “Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2”.
Since this change of motherboard, if the card is installed the post boot is very long and the OS no longer detects the RAID.
Impossible to enter the bios of the PEXSAT32 card because the post bios message does not appear and despite the fact that I bombard ctrl + l when turning on the pc impossible to enter the bos of the PEXSAT32 card

Any idea to solve this problem ?
thx in advance

EDIT : last bios and drivers installed

Hello @Fred,

Thank you for taking time to ask your question here on the StarTech.com community page.

It sounds like you already reviewed some support materials from the StarTech.com product page for the PEXSAT32. I will share links to confirm.

Before trying some additional steps. Please ensure you have a reliable backup of your data. A mirrored RAID pair can keep you data available but an external backup will certainly be recommended.

I would highlight one of the FAQs:

There is a note confirming the compatibility with the motherboard and some steps.

If you are moving the PEXSAT32 between two motherboards please ensure that that drives are connected in the same way on both systems.

Can you also confirm the drives connected to the PEXSAT32 are in good condition?

I see you noted the last BIOS and drivers are installed, are these for the new motherboard or for the PEXSAT32 adapter?

Please let me know if these clues are helpful or you can confirm any additional details. I will look for your reply and will be happy to help further if you would like some more assistance.

Sincerely,

@DavidF
