I have just purchsed a StarTech 16-port VGA rackmount LCD console (likely an RKCONS1716K and after setting a new ADMIN password i now can no longer log in. There does not seem to be any way to set factory defaults and so I cant now get in as ADMIN

For this type of issue, the best course of action would be to contact our Technical Support and please make sure to provide the LOT code (a 10-digit code listed on a sticker on our device) as well as a copy of your proof of purchase.
