I need to purchase a new (green) terminal block to power a StarTech ST1030USBM. Can someone tell me the pitch or maybe a Mouser part number?

It looks like the pitch information for the ST1030USBM is not listed on the StarTech.com product page. However, I was able to investigate further and the terminal block connector on this hub is a 5mm pitch 2-wire captive screw connector.
