I am using USB56KEMH2 in windows 10 and have configured modem for caller ID (command AT+VCID=1) but am not able to receive caller ID. Also trying to get DTMF tone using modem but no tone received (command used AT+VLS=1). Please guide.

While our USB56KEMH2 does support enabling caller ID and DTMF through AT commands, use of these features will be reliant on the third party software that is being used. Unfortunately we are not able to provide support for third party software. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand this is not the answer you would be looking to hear, however it would be best to contact the manufacturer of the software you are using for further assistance with troubleshooting these features.
