Hello,
I get this device and I’m trying to configure it to get the Caller ID from the entry calls on Italian phone lines but without success.
I followed different suggestions, like changing the country with the command AT+GCI=59 and, clearly, enabling the caller id with the command AT+VCID=1.
the question is: with this device I can obtain the Caller ID from an entry call using the AT commands?
if yes, can you help me to understand what commands I have to use to make it work?
Please, note that I’m writing an interface for a program that will use this device (if I have success on my purpose), so I have full control of the AT commands to use.
At the moment, the only info I obtain when the phone is receiving a call is (RING)

While our USB56KEMH2 does support enabling caller ID through AT commands, use of this feature will be reliant on the third party software that is being used. Unfortunately we are not able to provide support for third party software.
We apologize for the inconvenience and understand this is not the answer you would be looking to hear, however it would be best to contact the manufacturer of the software you are using for further assistance with troubleshooting. I have attached the AT command guide for the modem however in case that may be of some help.
Unfortunately, I do not have specific information we can provide as to why it is not currently available on the product page, however I have reached out to our team asking if this is something we would be able to do.
I wanted to provide an update that the AT command PDF can now be found on the product page by clicking the Drivers & Downloads button. Thanks you for bringing this to our attention @divad27182!
