I am setting up a test using a laptop with the ST12MHDLAN4K HDMI over IP extender. I am getting a signal and the laptop is correctly detecting the monitor as an additional screen. However the video quality is very scrambled and only small bits of the image come through when things like the clock or the mouse cursor move. I have checked all the cables and connections and everything works individually. It is possible I am missing something on the video output side? I have included a screenshot of my issue.
