Enclosure and BlackMagic Quad card

Hello.
Having trouble after purchase with Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Expansion Chassis. no recognition of the blackmagic quad hdmi card. Using a mac mini with tb ports.

Any advice appreciated.

  3. Connect the power to the chassis. Use the provided Thunderbolt 3 cable to connect the chassis to your computer and then Power on your computer.
  4. Run or install the proper software or drivers required by the installed PCI Express card (verify with the card’s manufacturer for the requirements). A restart may be required.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Check for Detection
    • Verify whether the PCIe card is recognized by your operating system.
      • On Windows: Check Device Manager.
      • On macOS: Check System Information > Thunderbolt or PCI sections.
  • Confirm Compatibility
    • Ensure the PCIe card is compatible with your computer’s operating system and version. Some cards may not support all platforms or OS versions.
