I am sorry to hear about the trouble with these peripherals not working when connected to the P2CDD143-KVM-SWITCH, we can certainly do our best to help you investigate.
Since the devices work alright on the front and back 10Gbps USB ports I am not concerned about the the USB connections to each computer. However, if the USB ports marked HID do not work we can try a couple of steps.
The first step is to try the KVM power cycle as outlined in this post: Monitors keep disconnecting - #2 by DavidF
Once that is complete test your Razer mouse and keyboard again to see if there is any change.
Based on my brief review, this keyboard and mouse should function as standard USB HID devices. If they are still not recognized after the power cycle consider testing a simple OEM wired USB mouse or keyboard to see if they are recognized on the HID ports.
Please let us know what you find with these tests and we can investigate further these steps do not help to narrow down the issue.
