I recently got my hands on the card mentioned in the topic title, but I’m having issues with it. It keeps disconnecting, sometimes Windows doesn’t recognizes the card at all.
I updated it’s FW, driver and everything. But still, I’m not very happy with it’s performance.
I am very sorry to hear about the experience you have had with our PEXUSB312A3 so far and would be happy to suggest some potential troubleshooting steps to help narrow down or resolve what could be causing this.
Ensure all system updates have been applied for you computers motherboard and BIOS.
Test the card in an alternate PCIe slot, or if possible in another computer and see if the behavior continues.
Test with SATA power connected to the card if it is not already.
Remove any other installed PCIe cards installed in the computer and test with only the PEXUSB312A3 installed to see if the behavior continues.
