Monitors losing signal connected to DK31C2DHSPDUE docks - Windows 11 Dell 5550 laptops

Monitors will randomly go dark for a few seconds and then reactivate (not a power issue). The make and model of the attached monitors vary as do the connections. We are having the issues with monitors attached to all 3 video ports.

We have started our 2025 laptop deployment and have put over a hundred of these docks in the field so far and we have hundreds more to go.

I need to know if there are any known issues with docking stations with Product ID:DK31C2DHSPDUE and how to address it.
