First of all, I did not find my printer model in the “Printer Support List”. If it means this printer server does not work with my printer, please let me know.
I follow this guide below with PS Wizard.
At Method 1, Step 11 where I need to select a printer. It says it could not find the printer. My printer previously worked perfectly with USB cable connected to my computer. To fix it, I connected my printer to my computer with a USB cable. and click “add new printer”. It finally went through.
Afterwards, I followed the guide. Power off the printer server. and power on with usb cable connected to my printer. Add a printer with IP address.
Unfortunately, I failed to print test page.
Please help me fix this.

Regarding your first question. The “Printer Support List” for our printer servers is not exhaustive. So many standard printer models will work fine. The printing function on multifunction printers may work, but other features will not.
I am sorry about the trouble with the installation method in the manual. There are a few other ways that the PM1115UW can be set up. These are listed here on the StarTech.com community page.
The guide here may be similar to the one in the manual. A PDF guide linked at the top with other methods to try, including a manual installation method. Be sure to take note of the manual LPR setup steps.
