I have attached the SAT32M225 to the SATERASER4. It isn’t reading the M2 drive that I put into erase. What are the possible problems? I did notice when I connect the two devices together the M225 is upside down. Not sure if that make a difference.
Most of the drives that I have are M2 NVMe drives that have a M key, some have a B key, and some have both.
Are these two units together able to erase the data?
If not what are my options. I also need to be able to generate a report with serial numbers.

Unfortunately, M.2 NVMe drives would not be compatible with either SAT32M225 or SATERASER4. SATERASER4 only supports SATA drives and SAT32M225 is only compatible with M.2 SATA.
Are you able to please confirm the specific models of the drives you are attempting to use so that we can confirm if they are M.2 SATA or M.2 NVMe? If they are M.2 NVMe, I would be happy to check if we have a different eraser available that would be compatible.
