I would suggest uninstalling StreamCatcher Pro and then reinstalling the software. Please make sure that when installing again that you have extracted the zip file downloaded from our site first by right clicking and choosing “Extract All.” After you have finished extracting the files, please right click the executable and choose “Run As Administrator,” then follow the steps to install the software.
