TB310G2 shows incorrect link speed - bug in Windows 11 UI

Windows 11 build:
Edition|Windows 11 Enterprise
Version 23H2
Installed on ‎31/‎12/‎2023
OS build 22631.3085
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22684.1000.0

TB310G2 is connected to TB3 port and 10Gbps-T port on a QNAP 10Gbps-T switch and the switch web UI confirms link is 10Gbps.

Under Network & Internet > Advanced network settings
The link speed is displayed as 1410 (Mbps)
However, if you select “Hardware and connection properties” at the bottom of this system settings pane it will show the speed as 10/10 (Gbps). Also, checking the link speed in ncpa.cpl > right-click device and select “Status” the link speed as 10.0 Gbps.
Just another Windows 11 UI bug!
